Reelo approached SoluteLabs when the MVP they had built with a previous vendor struggled to stay up during rush hours and had gotten riddled with bugs.

After a detailed analysis, we concluded that it was best served if we would redo the entire application from scratch on a modern tech stack. Priming it for success and beyond.

Challenges

Reelo.io, a leading marketing automation platform, needed a comprehensive overhaul to enhance scalability, user experience, speed, and security.

The existing user database contained numerous inconsistencies, including duplicate records and faulty transactional information.

Migrating 1.5 million records without data loss or corruption was critical. We employed a phased migration approach with extensive testing at each stage.

The platform initially served 20,000 users but needed to scale for millions without a significant architecture change or high costs.
