Bridging Gaps in Dementia Care

Dementia caregiving is a complex and often overwhelming challenge. Caregivers must coordinate medical appointments, manage medications, and handle unpredictable behavioral changes—often with little support between doctor visits. Evva Health set out to tackle this problem by creating a digital care management platform focused on dementia patients and their family caregivers. Unlike traditional care apps, Evva’s solution takes a community-centered approach: it connects patients, family members, doctors, and community resources on one unified platform.

Through our expertise in product discovery, UX/UI design, and full-stack development, we helped craft an award-winning solution that simplifies caregiving and improves quality of life for patients and caregivers alike.
