6. Over-Reliance on AI (Automation Bias)

The problem is: When an AI tool works well, it can be tempting to trust it blindly. Clinicians and staff might start accepting AI outputs and suggestions without double-checking. Especially if the tool has a good track record or its interface feels more confident than it really is.
